How is my total calculated?
Your total is calculated from the artwork price, applicable VAT or tax handling, shipping costs, and any fees shown during checkout.
Prices are shown in EUR. The current working VAT reference for Greece is 24%. Consumer orders may include applicable VAT. If you are ordering as a business and have a valid VAT number, please contact us before placing the order so the correct invoice/tax handling can be confirmed.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, local taxes, or other charges required by the destination country. For certain destinations, such as postal shipments to the United States, a customs prepayment process may be required before dispatch, including the use of Zonos Prepay and a Declaration ID where applicable. Any charges that are not prepaid or included during the shipping process remain the responsibility of the buyer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through Viva.com Smart Checkout, including major cards such as Visa and Mastercard, as well as supported digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. PayPal and bank transfer may also be available at checkout. Bank transfer orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Orders are usually prepared within 7 business days. During periods when the artist is on tour or away for professional commitments, processing may take longer. If this affects your order, you will be contacted and informed about the expected delay.
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the destination, carrier, and customs procedures where applicable. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Where do you ship?

What is a Limited Edition print?
A Limited Edition print is a reproduction of an original artwork produced in a fixed number of copies. Each print is signed and numbered by the artist.
What does "numbered" mean?
Each print is marked with its individual number and the total edition size. For example, 3/20 means the third print in an edition of twenty.
What is a Certificate of Authenticity?
A Certificate of Authenticity confirms the artwork title, artist name, edition size, and print number. It supports the authenticity and limited-edition status of the print.
What is an Artist Proof?
An Artist Proof is a copy produced for the artist’s review and approval during the printmaking process. Artist Proofs may be signed, marked separately, and handled outside the standard numbered edition.
What is an Open Edition?
An Open Edition print is produced without a fixed edition size. Open Edition prints are not numbered in the same way as Limited Edition prints and may not include the same certificate structure.
Can I return an order or report damaged delivery?
Limited-edition art prints are fragile collectible items and must be handled carefully. If you wish to request a cancellation or return, contact us first before sending anything back.
Return requests are reviewed case by case, taking into account the product type, condition, packaging, destination, and applicable consumer law. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Do I receive reproduction or commercial rights when I buy a print?
No. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or commercial usage rights. All such rights remain with Seth Siro Anton unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
