Orders and Payments
Orders are placed through the website checkout. Please make sure your billing, shipping, and contact details are accurate before completing your order.
We accept secure online payments through Viva.com Smart Checkout, including major cards such as Visa and Mastercard, as well as supported digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. PayPal and bank transfer may also be available at checkout. Payment details for bank transfer orders are provided during checkout and/or in the order confirmation email. Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once payment has been confirmed.
Prices, VAT, Customs, and Import Charges
Prices are shown in EUR. The current VAT reference for Greece is 24%, and this applies to standard consumer / B2C orders where applicable.
For business / B2B orders with a valid VAT number, different VAT handling may apply, especially for eligible intra-EU transactions. If you are ordering as a business and need invoice or VAT handling, please contact us before placing the order.

Shipping
Orders are prepared with care and are usually processed within 7 business days. Shipping times depend on the destination, carrier, and customs procedures where applicable.
During periods when the artist is on tour or away for professional commitments, processing may take longer. In that case, the customer will be contacted and informed about the expected delay.
Tracking information will be provided when available. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Returns, Cancellations, and Damaged Items
Limited-edition art prints are fragile collectible items and must be handled carefully. If you wish to request a cancellation or return, contact us first at [email protected] before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return requests are reviewed case by case, taking into account the type of product, product condition, packaging, destination, and applicable consumer law. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in suitable protective packaging. The customer may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling, damage, unsuitable packaging, or return shipping issues.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, clear photos of the package, clear photos of the damaged item, and a short description of the issue. We will review the case and help with the next steps.
